Our products are flawlessly tested during each phase of the manufacturing process before they are delivered. Further, we also ensure that the raw materials used are as per norms and standards. Special care is always maintained by us while manufacturing and supplying components to our national and international clients.

Inspection Facilities

Quality Control is the most crucial part of our work. We provide quality inspection facilities to our clients that are highly demanding in nature. We have developed rigorous internal quality procedures based on ISO standards. Each process is closely monitored with the use of process flow charts and related statistical measures.

We are having the following facilities for inspection purpose

CMM – Carl Zeiss
Height Masters – Trimos, Tesa, Electronica etc.,
Surface Tables
All other Instruments like Micrometers, Bore Gauges, Verniers etc., – Mitutoyo

We practice the Japanese 5S Philosophy and TPM. The core of this time studied work philosophy is – simplicity in work process leads to transparency and throws light on many minute non-productive activities that are then eliminated from the work process.

Our certifications include IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018.
